Officials & event operations

Run the whole weekend from one live board.

Courts across the top, time down the side, every match staffed from R1 to assistant scorer. You set it up, staff it, assign it, run it, and pay it — all on the same board, from the first whistle to the last export.

We set it up with you — venues, courts, roster — and we're on call for your first live weekend.

How it runs

Six stages. It never leaves the board.

From the first setup call to the export you hand finance, it's all one screen. Nothing gets re-keyed into a second tool.

01

Set up

We build your venues, courts, and divisions with you.

02

Get officials

Apply, add, or import — everyone lands rated and available.

03

Schedule

Drop the file; the board fills. Auto-assign the rest.

04

Run it

Check-in, broadcasts, the bullpen — live on every phone.

05

Pay

Pay computes per match as the whistles blow.

06

Export

One clean CSV and a live finance link. Done.

This is the mature, battle-tested half of Eventbone — we onboard you, it isn't a sign-up form.

Set up · we build it with you

Your weekend, shaped like your weekend.

You don't do this alone, and you don't bend your event to fit a template. We sit down and build the board to match the real thing — then you drop in your schedule file and it fills itself: courts across, time down, every match in place.

Build the crew your way.

Who works your event is your call, not the platform's. Officials apply and you accept, you add people you already know, or you bring a roster you already trust in one file. Everyone lands with a rating and their availability, so nothing downstream has to guess.

The board

Courts across. Time down. Every seat filled.

Each cell carries its division code, its format, and six seats — two referees, two line judges, a scorekeeper, an assistant scorer. Courts group by facility, so a four-venue weekend still reads as one floor. The second an R1 seat opens, it lights up — you catch it from across the room.

Auto-assign

Fill a whole day in one pass.

Auto-assign knows who's on site, what they're rated, and which courts they cover. It staffs the entire day, then hands you the handful of exceptions instead of the busywork — you review, adjust, apply.

Run it · on the floor

You know who's here, because the venue does.

Officials check themselves in from their phone, and it's GPS-verified — they're only marked on site if they're actually standing at the venue. Say something once and watch the read receipts come back, so "I never got the message" stops being a thing. Conflicts and callouts push to every phone on their own.

Every official's phone

Everyone knows their next court.

The board isn't only yours — every official carries it. Their phone shows exactly where they're needed next: court, position, time. Reassign on the board and the change lands in their pocket, so nobody walks to the wrong court. When a gap opens, the bullpen sends the closest idle official to a specific court and seat.

Payroll

Pay computes as the whistles blow.

Rate is format times rating — a best 3/5 pays differently than a single set, and it works that out for you, match by match, as the event runs. Head Official, Lead, and Site Director pay rides on the same line. By the last whistle, payroll's already done. There's no spreadsheet week after.

Format × ratingThe math is automatic, per match — no rate sheet to reconcile by hand.
Leadership pay, same lineHead Official, Lead, and Site Director pay rides alongside match pay.

Export to finance

The weekend closes out clean.

When the last match ends, payroll's already reconciled — so the handoff to finance is one export, not a project. Hand your treasurer a read-only link with live totals, or a CSV in the shape your payroll system wants. Every line traces back to a match on the board, auditable in seconds.
